⚠️ Who Can Use the RTA Testing Service?
UAE nationals, GCC nationals, and all UAE residents can use the RTA vehicle testing service in Dubai. All vehicle types are welcome — private cars, SUVs, 4×4s, pick-ups, and light commercial vehicles. Carzilla UAE is based in Al Quoz Industrial Area 2 and serves the whole of Dubai.
