The Urus 4.0 V8 places both turbochargers inside the hot V between the cylinder banks, so oil and coolant lines run through the hottest part of the engine. The Urus uses an 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox with a centre differential and a torque-vectoring rear differential. The Urus, Urus S and Urus SE use adaptive air suspension with 48-volt active roll stabilisation. Dubai heat and fine sand wear the air springs and overwork the compressor. We test each corner, the valve block and compressor, then calibrate ride height. The Urus Performante uses steel coil springs, which we also service. Every Urus comes with carbon ceramic brakes, with 440 mm front discs and 10-piston calipers. These discs are inspected and measured, never skimmed like steel discs. Weak cooling at idle on a Urus is often a condenser packed with sand, not low gas. We clean the cooling stack, leak test, vacuum the system and charge refrigerant by weight to the label on your car. The Urus runs separate cooling circuits for the engine, charge air and gearbox, supported by electric auxiliary pumps. We pressure test the system, replace cracked plastic pipes and expansion tanks, and vacuum fill with the correct VW Group coolant so trapped air does not cause a repeat overheat. Our Urus minor and major service includes engine oil to the approved VW Group specification, oil filter, air and cabin filters, spark plugs at interval, fluid checks and a full inspection. UAE heat shortens AGM battery life to around two to three years, and low voltage on a Urus sets off false warnings across several systems. We test and replace batteries with coding to the car, and repair sensors, modules, lighting and wiring faults. The Urus combines electric power steering at the front with an active steering actuator on the rear axle. The original 650 CV Urus with adaptive air suspension. It is the most common Urus on Dubai roads, and as it ages it needs the most attention to cooling components, air springs and gearbox fluid.
666 CV with adaptive air suspension retained. Service needs match the original Urus, with updated software and calibrations that require current Lamborghini diagnostic data.
666 CV, lighter and lower, with steel coil springs in place of air suspension. Suspension work here means springs, dampers and bushes rather than air springs and compressors.
Plug-in hybrid pairing the 4.0 V8 with an electric motor for around 800 CV. It adds a high-voltage battery, its own cooling loop and a charging system, which need HV-trained technicians.

A Urus that drops overnight usually has a leaking air spring, air line or valve block. If the compressor keeps running to compensate, it can overheat and fail too, so early air suspension repair costs less. The Urus Performante uses coil springs and does not have this fault.
Yes. We service the Urus SE engine, gearbox, brakes and suspension and diagnose its hybrid system. Any work on high-voltage parts is carried out by trained technicians following HV-safe procedures.
Yes. Carbon ceramic discs cannot be skimmed and are assessed for wear and damage rather than just thickness. Pads must be the correct compound, and the electronic parking brake is set to service mode before the pads are changed.
