Carzilla is an independent Lamborghini repair garage in Al Quoz, Dubai, run by mechanics who work on air suspension, MagneRide dampers and pushrod suspension geometry every week. Whether your Urus is sagging on one corner, your Huracán rides harsh in Strada mode, or your Aventador clunks over speed bumps, our specialists diagnose the actual component before you’re quoted a price.

Dubai’s heat, expansion-joint speed bumps and long summer idling take a specific toll on Lamborghini suspension hardware. A qualified mechanic at our garage looks past the obvious noise and checks the part behind it — here’s what each symptom usually points to.
On an Urus, this is almost always a leaking air spring or a failing height sensor, not a broken coil — pumping air into a torn bag only masks the fault.
Points to a MagneRide damper that has lost its magnetorheological fluid charge or a damper control module fault on Huracán and later Aventador models.
Usually worn control-arm bushings or ball joints; on an Aventador it can also be play in the pushrod linkage that most generalist mechanics never inspect.
On a Urus, this is often the active roll-stabilisation motor rather than the springs — a fault a workshop without VW-Group-level tools can misread as worn anti-roll bushings.
The compressor, a solenoid valve, or a slow leak in the air line — our specialist tools read the exact fault code instead of clearing it and hoping.
A downstream sign of a misaligned or sagging suspension corner; alignment after any suspension repair is not optional on a Lamborghini’s geometry.
Most Dubai garages advertise “shocks, struts and control arms” for every brand on their list. That approach doesn’t work on a Lamborghini, because the suspension architecture changes completely from one model line to the next. Our mechanics diagnose by platform first, not by a one-size checklist.
The Urus rides on adaptive air suspension with a height sensor at each corner, an engine-bay compressor and reservoir, and an electromechanical active roll system that adjusts stiffness through corners in real time based on the selected ANIMA mode. A sagging corner is almost never a spring — it’s a torn air spring bladder or a failed height sensor feeding bad data to the control unit. Our garage carries the correct air suspension diagnostic tools to isolate a compressor fault, a leaking air line, or a roll-motor error rather than replacing the whole strut assembly on guesswork. See our Lamborghini Urus repair page for full service coverage.
From the EVO generation onward, the Huracán uses magnetorheological dampers that change stiffness by varying a magnetic field inside the damper fluid, controlled electronically through Strada, Sport and Corsa modes. A damper that has lost its charge feels harsh or inconsistent in every mode rather than simply “worn.” Tecnica and STO variants move to a front pushrod-actuated layout with the damper mounted off the wheel axis for a lower centre of gravity — a geometry that a mechanic unfamiliar with the platform can easily misdiagnose as a bent control arm. Details are on our Lamborghini Huracán repair page and Huracán Spyder service page.
The Aventador doesn’t mount its dampers at the wheel at all. Front and rear suspension use a pushrod-and-rocker system that transfers wheel movement inboard to horizontally-mounted magnetorheological dampers — the same principle used in open-wheel racing. A clunk that seems to come from the wheel can originate at the rocker pivot or pushrod joint well inside the chassis, which is why a lift inspection by a Lamborghini specialist matters more here than on almost any other model. Full coverage is on our Lamborghini Aventador service page.
Earlier Lamborghini models run conventional coilover struts, with the Gallardo Superleggera and Performante offering factory-adjustable dampers. Bushings, ball joints and springs age predictably on these cars, but genuine or correctly-specified aftermarket parts are harder to source, and getting the geometry back to factory alignment after a repair takes real experience. Our team also services the Gallardo, Murciélago, Diablo and Countach.
A trustworthy mechanic tells you what’s actually wrong before touching a wrench, not after. This is the sequence our specialists follow on every suspension inspection, whether it’s an air suspension warning on a Urus or a knocking noise on an Aventador.
We note exactly when the fault shows up — cold start, over bumps, in a specific ANIMA/drive mode, or only at speed — because that narrows the fault before the car is even on the lift.
Lamborghini-level diagnostic tools read live height-sensor data, damper control-unit fault codes and compressor cycle counts — information a generic OBD-II reader can’t access.
Air lines and bags on a Urus, damper mounts and cabling on a Huracán, pushrod and rocker joints on an Aventador — we inspect the components that exist on your specific model, not a generic checklist.
You get a real price and a real timeline for parts and labour before any work starts — no exploratory teardown billed by the hour without your sign-off.
After any suspension component is replaced, ride height is recalibrated and a full four-wheel alignment is carried out, because Lamborghini geometry tolerances are tighter than a standard passenger car.
